Ingredients
  • 1 pack of Euro Chicken Koftas
  • 2 tbsp oil for frying or baking
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • Fresh cilantro to garnish
Instructions
  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the Euro Chicken Koftas and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and fully heated.
  • For a gravy option, sauté onions in the same skillet until soft, then add tomato puree, yogurt, cumin powder, and garam masala. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Add the cooked koftas to the gravy, cover, and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with rice, naan, or paratha. Enjoy!
