Ingredients
- 1 pack of Euro Chicken Koftas
- 2 tbsp oil for frying or baking
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Fresh cilantro to garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the Euro Chicken Koftas and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and fully heated.
- For a gravy option, sauté onions in the same skillet until soft, then add tomato puree, yogurt, cumin powder, and garam masala. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the cooked koftas to the gravy, cover, and simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with rice, naan, or paratha. Enjoy!
