For the Rolls:
- Euro Frankfurter Sausages – 8-10 sausages
- Puff Pastry Dough – as needed (thawed if frozen)
- Scrambled Eggs – made from 5 eggs (recipe below)
- Cheddar Cheese – 1 cup, grated
- Egg Wash – 1 beaten egg
- Black Pepper Powder – to taste
For the Scrambled Eggs:
- Eggs – 5
- Milk – ½ cup
- Black Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Oil – 1 tsp
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Prepare the pastry – Cut into squares.
- Fill & roll – Add scrambled eggs, cheese, and sausage to each square. Roll tightly and seal edges.
- Brush & season – Place on a greased tray, brush with egg wash, and sprinkle with black pepper.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve hot with mustard or dipping sauce.
