For the Rolls:

  • Euro Frankfurter Sausages – 8-10 sausages
  • Puff Pastry Dough – as needed (thawed if frozen)
  • Scrambled Eggs – made from 5 eggs (recipe below)
  • Cheddar Cheese – 1 cup, grated
  • Egg Wash – 1 beaten egg
  • Black Pepper Powder – to taste

For the Scrambled Eggs:

  • Eggs – 5
  • Milk – ½ cup
  • Black Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Oil – 1 tsp
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Prepare the pastry – Cut into squares.
  3. Fill & roll – Add scrambled eggs, cheese, and sausage to each square. Roll tightly and seal edges.
  4. Brush & season – Place on a greased tray, brush with egg wash, and sprinkle with black pepper.
  5. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with mustard or dipping sauce.
