- Preheat oil to frying temperature (170°C)
- Deep Fry slightly thawed kofta for 5 Minutes or until golden brown
Cooking Pot
- To enjoy traditional kofta curry. prepare curry with your choice of recipy.
- Add Slightly thawed I kofta along with water. Cook until ready
- Keep frozen below -18°C.
